Connecting Qualify64 to Zapier
Zapier lets you send every new Qualify64 lead to another tool automatically — your CRM, a Google Sheet, Slack, or any of the thousands of apps Zapier supports. No code needed.
How it works
Qualify64 sends lead data to a webhook URL each time a visitor completes your funnel. Zapier provides that webhook URL and routes the data wherever you need it. The connection is one-way: Qualify64 fires, Zapier receives.
What data is sent
Each webhook payload includes:
- Visitor's name and email (if collected)
- All question answers, keyed by variable name
- The calculated output (if your funnel has a formula)
- The funnel slug
- A timestamp
Step 1: Create a Zap in Zapier
- Log into Zapier and click Create Zap
- For the Trigger, search for and select Webhooks by Zapier
- Choose Catch Hook as the event
- Click Continue — Zapier gives you a unique webhook URL
Copy that URL. You will need it in the next step.
Step 2: Add the webhook URL to Qualify64
- Open your funnel in the Qualify64 builder
- Go to the Settings tab
- Find Webhook URL and paste the Zapier URL
- Click Save
You can set a different webhook URL per funnel, or use the same Zap for multiple funnels.
Step 3: Send a test submission
- In Zapier, click Test trigger — it will wait for incoming data
- Open your funnel in a browser and complete it with test values
- Zapier will capture the submission and show you the data fields
Once you can see the test data in Zapier, your connection is working.
Step 4: Set up the Action
- Click + to add an action step
- Search for the app you want to send data to (e.g. Google Sheets, HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Connect your account and map the Qualify64 fields to the destination fields
- Click Publish Zap
Your Zap is now live. Every future lead from that funnel will flow through automatically.
Common integrations
- Google Sheets — log every lead in a spreadsheet row
- HubSpot / Salesforce — create a contact and deal automatically
- Mailchimp / Klaviyo — add the lead to an email sequence
- Slack — post a message to a channel when a lead comes in
- Notion / Airtable — add a record to your project database
Troubleshooting
Zapier is not receiving data. Check that the webhook URL is saved correctly in the funnel settings and that the funnel has been republished after adding it.
Some fields are missing from the payload. Only questions with a variable name are included in the payload. Check that all relevant questions have a variable name set in the builder.
