Is there a free trial?
There is no time-limited trial. Instead, you get a free account with no expiry — 10 submissions per month, 1 live funnel, and access to the full builder. Use it for as long as you need to evaluate the product, then upgrade when you're ready.
What counts as a submission?
A submission is counted when a visitor completes your funnel and submits their contact details. Simply viewing the funnel does not count.
What happens when I approach my submission limit?
You'll receive an email notification as you approach your monthly limit, giving you the option to upgrade before it's reached.
What happens if I go over my submission limit?
Your funnels keep running and continue accepting submissions — visitors are never shown an error. However, any leads received after your limit is reached are masked in your dashboard. You won't be able to view their contact details until you upgrade. Masked leads are not counted in the following month's renewal and remain masked until you upgrade — they don't automatically become visible when your allowance resets.
What is the difference between live and draft funnels?
Live funnels are published and accessible to your website visitors. Draft funnels are works in progress — saved and editable but not yet embedded anywhere. Each tier includes the same number of live and draft slots.
Can I change my submission band?
Yes. Switch bands within your tier at any time via the Stripe billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal date.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing page in your account. Upgrades are effective immediately with Stripe prorating any charge due.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from the Stripe billing portal with one click. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then drop to the free plan.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes — paying annually gives you the equivalent of 2 months free compared to monthly billing. The full amount is charged as a single annual payment.
